Intern Tears

To appeal to young people’s sense of ambition, and to get them interested in McMillan, we leveraged the stereotypes burdening them emotionally—being called lazy, entitled crybabies—to connect with them professionally. We delivered “tears” of previous interns to classrooms across Canada and the U.S., demonstrating the real-world experience students gain working at the agency.
