Working at Alphabet, I contributed to a major overhaul of the company website. The new messaging needed to clarify our value proposition, audience segments, and core services. At the same time, it was important to lay the groundwork for who we wanted to be when we grew up, advancing a positioning transition from agency to consultancy.

I played a key role on Alphabet’s owned-content team. Over the years, I authored and ghostwrote several articles to support our business development goals and position the company as a thought leader in marketing, creativity, and our focal client verticals. From brand naming to SEO to Indigenous tourism and colour psychology, I covered a breadth of topics.

Alphabet’s Flipping Over Rocks podcast was born of president Tony Lyons’ passion for the science behind creativity and human behaviour. I helped with the guest and content strategy, messaging, and creative promotion for each episode. A great listen for anyone working in marketing or brand communications.
Podcast
Alphabet’s monthly newsletter, Foreword, offered a monthly dose of work-related insights and creative musings. More importantly, it was a tool in our biz-dev arsenal and a vehicle to celebrate our clients and culture. I spearheaded the content strategy and wrote the copy for each edition for more than two years.
